CSS - Changing DropBox Arrow Color??

You know on the combo box ( select /select and option /option ), how does one change the colors and other styles of the arrow?<!--content-->as far as I know you can't do that with CSS. It might be possible with javascript but I don't know how myself.<!--content-->ohhhh... that would byte if i couldn't do it :-/<br />
