I have two iframes w/external linked style sheets on my page. In IE, it works fine, but in Netscape and Opera (both the latest versions), the stylesheet does't work. I can't figure it out. Help...

Hihii! I really like your name. Very cool. 
Get the quotes out of your style sheet. Values are (mostly) not quoted in CSS. IE is just a sloppy browser.
This will tell you and save you loads of times:
<!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/validator.htmlHi">http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/validator.htmlHi</a><!-- m --> meow from miiow...funny
