I use forms quite often on my web sites thru my service provider, however, I can only send the results to my email address on my domain name account. Some clients want the email to go directly to them so I am looking for a website out there that let's me load up a form to their server, set up an account and I can specify where the results are sent, monitor the results and who is sending information...hopefully with no ads.<br />
