I have downloaded this file: "enwiktionary-latest-all-titles-in-ns0.gz" that should contain a dumped xml version of all the titles of the english wikitionary. I tried different tools to convert this file into something handable but I wasn't be able to do it. Does someone know a way to convert this file into something like a database or a normal xml file? Thank you.
