Copy contents and posting on forum automatically

Hello. Do you know whether there is any script which can copy contents from other sites and post it as a thread/post automatically on the forum?

The script should work with vbulletin.

PS: RSS feed is not an option because they are usually teaser feeds only (1 line of text and then tells you to visit their site to read posts).

Any non-advertising articles, tutorials, discussions relating to the website would be the targets.

It would be the best if it grabs and pastes contents based on keywords. Only articles and contents match the keywords will be posted.
