I have posted a similar question before, but this is a little bit different. For those of you who have hotmail, have you seen the navbar when you are logged in? (new contact, delete, block, etc..).<br />
It looks like a regular text link, but when you mouseover it, the text is highlighted and a border appears around the area that is highlighted. How is this done? Any ideas? I could create images instead and just have them mouseover, but its not quite the same.<br />
