cookies problem !

i have a problem here with my cookie ..

when i try to loggin its logged me but after that its take me out !

even the admincp when i logged its doenst let me logged in admincp ...

can anybody advice me in this ?

use the tools.php that is in the do not upload folder when you download a null vb. Reset the cookie path and domain, and be sure to clear your cookies from your pc.

Oh and SEARCH. Been covered many times before.
