Notice the logo on the upper left corner. The effect was done using gif animation for each star and embedded into a table with cells.
I want to get away from that and convert them over to CSS. Currently the layout is 800x600 resolution aligned left but I will probably convert this to fluid layout and so using position: absolute will not be a problem but the customer my want to have it centered only and so I am not sure how to CSS the star effects so that it will show or position correctly in any resolutions.
Thanks for you time.
