convert XML file to SVG

Hi, I'm trying to convert an XML file to SVG format using XSLT.My problem is that when the conversion is made I found this problem'The system cannot locate the resource specified. Error processing resource'svg-20000303-stylable.dtd'. Line 2, Position 51<!DOCTYPE svg SYSTEM "svg-20000303-stylable.dtd" >'this problem happen when I change the extension of a .svg file to .xml.If .svg is supposed to be .xml code... why does it happen?How can I convert an XML file to SVG without this problem?thanks, Libo
