Convert Python Script to PHP for YouTube Auto Upload

I am after a PHP Script to login to YouTube and Upload videos (the standard YouTube API does not do what I a after). I have ZERO Python skills, and my host does not have Python.I have no idea on the work required, but is anyone able to convert either of these to PHP?thank yougggggggg
