Controls Writting and Reconstructing [closed]

I m working in .DotNet (C#), I have been assign a task to write a program or piece of code that , dynamically add controls on windows form and save the state of those controls into any file format(csv, xml or any) sothey can be re-constructed later. kindly help me,I need it in urgent biases.I hope I have conveyed my Question and somebody will reply me soon.
