Hi,
I have one offer to put contextual text link(hyperlink with short sentence) on my webpage content. My site have page rank 3 and they have pr 6 and also have more than 150000 web pages and it is 6 year old site.
I have their Massage like this ,
" We have a clients that wants to advertise on your home page. They want to place a short sentence with a link in it. The client is a lot like
domainname.com <http://domainname.com/> . We are ready to move forward immediately please contact us at your convenience so we can send
additional information and prepare payment."
So, I want to know about contextual text link and its benefits from my side and their side, How to maintain it?

is it a link exchange?
if so, will they trick you by making your link nofollow, or do something with the robots text file to stop you getting pagerank? I believe that they want to buy a slot of one-way-back-link from your website. Usually you shall quote your desirable price in monthly or yearly term.
