Connecting from a Voice Browser to an Web Server

I would like to use a system where in I am not tied in to the vendors platform. I would like to execute a VXML generated on external servers, including VXML 搑oot documents?generated on external servers. As soon as the call comes in on the Voice Browser I would like to fetch a VXML doc from a Web Server.

Can anyone suggest some vendors that can acheive this feature?
