Hi,

I've just migrated from ASP to ASP.net and are having problems connecting to my MS Access database. I'm using Windows XP with Office Xp.

First I found out that the .NET Framework didn't come with the support for a ODBC connection and that you had to download a ODBC Namespace to use the old way. And I did that and are know trying to get that to work. But the I get to thinking. The .Net developers couldn't have completly left us using MS Access out in the cold. There must be a way for us to connect without downloading the ODBC Namespace? Or...

Is there anyone here that can explain how to or direct to a tutorial or article showing how this is done?

If anyone know a tutorial or article explaining the ODBC Namespace that would be great also.

Thanks,
Munticheck out asp.net at the top-right of this pageAfter some reasearch I found this article explaining oledb and odbc with asp.net.

Here is the link:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;q316675&GSSNB=1
