Can it cause problems if your domain name is similar to another domain name
(and the websites cotent.)
Ok I'm not good at explaining.... say 'yourspace.com' decided to set up a social networking site. They would get forced to close it down by myspace.com?
If thats the case then why have faceparty, and face-pic (social networking sites) not been made to close by facebook?
I used social networking sites as an example. I have a website for models and there is another site for models, our domain names are almost the same. I'm scared one day i will get into trouble for it? For 'copying their idea' when I'm not
