Confused by Keywords

Hi Guys , Hope someone can help,Why do some keywords rank me on page one of google(luxury catered chalet chatel) but using three of those words (catered chalet chatel) i'm on the 4th page.(Chalet Chatel) i'm on the 6th pageWhat do you have to do get other words to rank my site high.I only have a pagerank 1 is maybe whyAlso google is only picking up my description meta tag and not any content from my home page when listing my site even though it contains keywords.Regards Paolohttp://www.alpine-connection.com
