Concerned over HACKED message

I am running 3.7 patch 1 and noticed that on my "websites who have referred visitors today" script at the bottom of my forum it says "HackeD By SweeTpreNs-HackeD By SweeTpreNsHackeD By SweeTpreNs" and unlike the other links its not click able.

Should I be concerned, if so what should my next step.

Hehe, that's funny but are just some message from wannabe hackers

This "hack" is something like :

http://Hacked by Me?redirect=http%3A%2F%2Fyourlinkhere.org

You can costumize the link in whatever you need, add pictures etc

How would they have actually done something like that on my boards cus when I copy your thing there it just takes me to google, as if I did a search for it.

If you are using CPanel go to AWstats

But as i already said, it's no need to concern
