Similar to the question asked on this link:.vce equivalent open format?Since the date was last year, maybe I can ask this again and rephrase it.At the moment, has anyone or anybody or anything has gathered and come out with an open standard format for Computer Based Examination?So, based on this format, anyone may develop their own software to read the file and create the interface to launch the exam. The format may be based on XML perhaps?If not, anyone interested to come out with one? Probably as a part time hobby?Thanks!
