complicated form

i have finally managed to compile a form to calculate employee time, but cant seem to get the multiple forms to send all at once , so i had to create 'another' form to receive all the info ..then ws able to accomplish the tast...ended up up very long and complicated.. any suggestions to "trim" it up a bit?<!--content-->
