And I'd say its more of a port.. Though I did get all the images myself. In retrospect I shoulda just got the images from a previous release and updated the XML, woulda been faster.

for using a ripped skin, if completevb care enough, they can send you, or your host what is called a DMCA Notice which instructs you to take the skin down, you cannot get your site suspended for using this skin.

You have to understand this is a ripped version. Their are no psds.
