completegfx style - dark vb on vb 3.7.4

i import the style on vb 3.7.4, but there is no vb navbar displayed on the frontend. whats wrong?

and the colors are not correct (white section!) - when i wanna post a new thread - i think it must be black!! look at here

ok i fixed it to black color, see screenshot
just change the style css ->style-manager ->all ->go
