Combine Credits and Downloads II

Hi I want to combine my credits system and Downloads II section so that users have to have "X" amount of credits to download and "X" to upload. Is there a way to do this? Thanks.

There is vBcredits content merchants if you want to charge users for content in posts but I can't find anything integrating with DownloadsII.
