See the yellow table? I want to enclose the welcome message (Welcome to...) in a box and the box will have a different background color than the surrounding table. What colors would look good there? Also, it's hard to put text on it. It's almost too light to use white text and too dark to use black. If you look now (I updated it) I have some sample boxes.
