I ran into a website two nights ago that offered a paid service for a small fee to enter special codes of domain name owner info to register domain names to protect the privacy of a registered domain name owner. The website named this type of domain name registeration as unregistered domain names. I understand that unregistered domain names are no longer in use unless someone buys that name, but in this case a special code of letters or numbers is entered before the domain owner's name, address,phone number, and e-mail address to protect the owner. Are these private domain names? I forgot the name of the website that had this info. Do you have any names of websites that offer private domain name registery or of a similiar nature to protect the individual identity and personal info? Thank you
