Code is altering the “title” format in search results [closed]

Can someone tell me what this for:\[code\]<div class="TopLine"><h1><a href="http://www.webaddresshere/">some text here</a></h1>\[/code\]as the text allays shows up in search results (next to a keyword) even though this is not the same as the \[code\]title\[/code\] please can someone explain why this is there and if its needs to be there, as I would like only the "title" to show in search results.Thanks Chris.
