What do you think of the idea of using a co.cc domain for a blog?

They brought it back from being delisted but i suspect Google don't value this domain extension to much these day's. Also from a professional point of view, i think this domain extension doesn't look to professional if a SEO expert or a SEO blog is using one.
This just my opinion. I was not aware that google deslisted that domain. I believe it is better getting an owned domain istead of using subdomains like co.cc Thanks for giving an opinion on this snakeair. I already decided to get a paid domain instead. For some odd reason i have always known the domain .co.cc to be attached to a spammer/scammer and i don't click on those links ever.

Thanks buddy. I decided to go into blogging again. And hopefully this time I'm here to stay. Some domain like .info, .cc.co and .au type are suppose to be available so easily at cheapest costs. So they are not considered as goog as others like .com, .co.uk.
Mostly spammer take these domains and use for excessive linking. This is the reason for delisting them. I decided to go with a .com as it's the common thing for people going online. Actually recently google banned the ".co.cc" domain name for some malware issues. However, the domain has been reinstated and i believe you an perform better with .co.cc in SEO. do create quality and original content and try to get as many backlinks possible from high quality relevant websites. When you said better, what do you mean? Is it better than a .com? I don't think so. HI.
You just focus on creating good quality backlinks by writing an original and unique content. It will give you the better results.
