I had a look at clustered.net's website. They seem to promise a bit with a competitive pricing scheme and a nice clean website. Are there any experiences? Good or bad? Are they fully staffed 24x7 or just a lone T1 tech at night trying to cope with it all? Do they have qualified os and network engineers? They do not seem to be a very big company. How do they compare to, say, Rackspace and Verio's managed hosting in the UK? What I like about the the bigger hosts is that they can handle most issues 24x7.N/A.What I like about the the bigger hosts is that they can handle most issues 24x7.Not necessarily. Plenty of smaller companies are available 24x7 and in addition are able to offer a more personal level of service.I have to second that, the more customers the more staff you need. There's no need for all those staff when your client base is relatively small DanI can point you in the direction of a few valued customers if that helps ;-)Your right we are not a rackspace nor do we want to be, what we offer above the likes of rackspace and verio is apersonal service and can handle *all* issues 24/7. Our customers are certainly not numbers.JohnI can point you in the direction of a few valued customers if that helps ;-)Your right we are not a rackspace nor do we want to be, what we offer above the likes of rackspace and verio is apersonal service and can handle *all* issues 24/7. I am a bit disillusioned by 'corporate' style businesses who are no longer in a position to intimately understand their customers' solutions.N/A
