Help me out in understanding "click through rate".
What is it actually?
Click Through Rate (CTR) is the number of clicks an ad receives divided by the number of times the ad is shown (impressions).
Suppose, impressions of an ad is 100 and in 100 impressions ad receives 20 clicks then CTR would be 20% Click Through Rate is, how many visitors are clicking on the advertisement placed on a website. Say if you have 10 visitors to your website and 1 of them clicked on ad... then CTR would 1/10 or 10%
