how recognised and valuable is CIW Certification. Of late i have been workingon Sybase. I am planning to move to a different project. Wondering on howto do that without any experience relevant to the industry. I have experienceonly in Oracle and Sybase. Of which Oracle i hv not touched for the last2 yrs. Please guide. Thanks
