checkboxlist prob

How do i access the properties of the specific listitem which triggers autopost in a checkboxlist (populated from database).<BR><BR>e.g. If I have 3 checkboxes in the list Red, Blue, Green ....and if I uncheck blue it should assign a label "you checked blue"...if i uncheck it should say "you unchecked blue"...<BR>
