I'm planning to move on from my handfull of "first-year-free" .be domains to the more eye pleasing dot com's. But I am about to pay 18.00 EUR (23.00 USD) for the first year annual fee, and that does seem to be a little expensive... or? Where do you buy? What is the establishment charge? What is the annual fee? And can I change domain name servers instantly after buying my domain name?A good answer is highly appreciated
