Changing Home page page template of website weekly once, any affect from traffic of website, Pagerank and web promotion. It depends on how the template is set up. If the code is exactly the same but just the images and colors change then probably not. But it it's totally different code then you could/might see some affect on your rankings. It's hard to tell without looking at what you are doing. Generally speaking, it would not have negative impacts if your such templates changes are based on CSS and no core code touched.

I change only template header every week, not full template..
