Hello...!

I currently have only 1 website with good SEO, I always try to increase dofollow backlinks and other seo tricks. Actually my domain name don't match with the content of my website that is why i am willing to transfer it to a new domain and at the existing domain i will create a forum only.

What do you think how much SEO lost it will be ? You can read this to get more info on Changes To Your Site Domain http://www.google.com/support/news_pub/bin/answer.py?answer=70750&topic=11708

However, you shouldn't be changing domain because is not keyword rich, keyword in domain doesn't guarantee high ranking in Google rather is the ability to match relevant content to given search terms. Wow I felt the same way when i created my website. You should not lose too much if you follow the right steps. Change the domain name hardly affects the SEO ranking. many people complain that changing the domain name, cause a fall in the ranking of the website. but it's only temporary and you will again gain the search engine friendliness that you have lost. If you will keep your existing site alive as you told you will setup forum in existing domain then all the SEO will be lost.
The only way to retain trust and seo is to redirect everything from old to new and submit change of address in Google webmaster tools.... I think it all can be done through htaccess file....you can Google it and learn yourself also because its very simple and requires couple of statements to do it.
