change url ending

hi all, I am new to vb and I have been using vbteam's posted info to tinker with vb 3.8 (downloaded from here, gysn version). I wanted to know how I can change the ending from

forum/showthread.[b]php?p=2#post2[/b]

to

/graphics-designing/[b]15655-dreamweaver-cs4.html[/b]

?

Is there a way? if so how? Thanks.

You need to install vBSEO, use the search to find it 3.2 is the latest version.

does installing and running vBSEO make it more likely to get caught? if so would it be better to wait until I go legit? assuming of course that my forum becomes a success.
