change post template

i want it look like this
you see the first top is the default looking like in this forum
but i want it to look like in the second post on the screenshot

i just saw on some sites the posting looking almost like this
i just edit this picture with a program
does anybody can tell me the source code for the template?

AdminCP -> vBulletin Options -> Styles & Languages -> Use Legacy (Vertical) Postbit -> click YES and Save.
