I cant seem to find this information-

I just need to change the nav bar color, header color, etc. The light blue needs to be changed.
I thought maybe in the cp admin section, couldnt find it. Possibly in the XML, I couldnt find it there either, can anyone point me in the right direction please. I am sure its probably very simple, I am feeling pretty stupid!
