Change from phpbb to vbulletin

Im wanting to change forums from phpbb to vbulletin. I already have my website setup to use phpbb and already have the vbulletin files. How do I go about swapping my forums from phpbb to vbulletin without losing the members and posts I currently have on my forums?
Do I just replace the phpbb forums folder with the vbulletin files or is there more to it than that?

Thanks Hoxxy. Is there anything else I have to backup besides my phpbb forum files and the databases?
After I backup everything will I just be able to delete my old forums folder?
 
Just back up everything so if anything does go wrong you still have originals to fall back on...Good luck :)
