Change a logo with a psd file...

Hey guys, i downloaded the skin "skilltest" very nice skin btw

But it comes with a psd file but it dont have the logo on it. Im not really cluded up with photoshop. Is there a way of editing text on a gif file?

Or anyone up to the challenge of changing the text for me ;p
