Cgi Works For Some Computers, But Not Others???

SOME PEOPLE ARE HAVING A CGI SCRIPTING ISSUE ON THE SIGN UP FIELD & IN THE CONTACT PAGE FIELDS AT: <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.turiya4love.com/home.htm">http://www.turiya4love.com/home.htm</a><!-- m --> - THE ERROR SOME PEOPLE ARE GETTING IS: "Sorry, this CGI is only available to sites hosted with Earthlink, Inc" - WHAT'S FUNNY, IS IT WORKS ON SOME COMPUTERS AND NOT FOR OTHER, AND THIS SITE IS BEING HOSTED BY EARTHLINK, SO I'M NOT SURE HOW TO FIX THIS ERROR???<!--content-->Its not their computers, cgi is server side so therfore their computer never touches the actual cgi scripts. It is the hosts problem, talk to earthlink. Also make sure that the page w/ the form is hosted on earthlink because if it is not they are not going to let you use their scripts.<!--content-->
