Traffic stats are all posts above. The website is the first link in my signature. The domain is registered at namecheap and can be pushed for free. I have recently started selling ads privatly and have made $12 this month. The banners that are up would obviously need to remain up until the end of month thay have paid for, then it is up to the new owner.
The site runs on coppermine gallery and currently uses around 3GB of space. You can see the traffic usage from the stats I posted. I host the site on my VPS, but with the current traffic I can't really see a problem with putting it on shared hosting.
The traffic is climbing as you can see and in the right hands could make some serious money.
Starting Bid: $100
Increments: $10
I have no BIN in mind at the moment. The auction will end 48 hours after the first bid.

And will you transfer the site to my hosting? Coz you say its 3GB. My internet speed is a bit slow.
And can you tell me where to get such non watermarked images regularly so that I can keep the site updated?
Also, it is not adsense safe right? [I don't use adsense though. lol]

I can't see any reason that you need to keep them. Like you thought they are link exchanges and a lot of them don't really provide much traffic.
My internet is not the fastest, but yeah I would be able to transfer the site for you. I would obviously expect payment first.
To be perfectly honest I got all of those images from one big pack and I have not updated the site in 3 months, yet the traffic keeps rolling in. Yesterday I started allowing people to comment on the pictures so there has been a small trickle of comments. This can be disabled again as that is the only part of the site that requires and work (reviewing them).
The site is not adsense safe as some of the images are adult themed/contain nudity. That is why I have started selling ads privately. There are currently 3 one month campaigns running that will need to stay up. They all finish at the end of this month/beginning of this next month.
