cChatBox issues

I have installed cChatBox on my forum and is getting too slow.. like the message appears in 30 second later o so.

Should I get another Chat? If so which one?

the 2 best chatbox's out right now are MGC Chatbox Evo. & Inferno shout box (both are located on this site).

I started off using Inferno shout. I recently switched to MGC chatbox as you can create chat channels & it has everything else inferno has.

cChat is very poor quality. I suggest one of the above.
