i have found a forum with a good build (i like it)

Community - Equilibrium Gaming

how can I build the forum so as in the forum

as the image under RF Online, 3Subforums with distance 3 per column

I get the listing Subforums only a row where I have to change what for this

ok with the subforum i have solved it but with the image under the catefory i dont know
 
hi no one any idee or tool for the images under the category ??

that with the subforums i have solved but i dont found a plugin for the image

can anyone help me ?
