I ve checked it how do i start a lottery event?

Go to AdminCP --> Casino ---> Games Setting -- Look for lottery . You can setit up from there. After set it up you can go back to ur 4room, and well, like SpeedFreak said, pick your numbers and paid heheh Wish you can win

I did it, but it doesnt work. I ve tried leaving the permissions blank, too. All other hacks work, except this. am I missing something?

uninstall it... reupload overwrite all and import product again and read the readme.txt file

When you first install it, it hasn't run the daily scheduled task, yet.
so you have 2 choices.
1) wait till tomorrow & it will then work.
2) go into Admin Control Panel / Scheduled Task Manager and run it

and it will then let you purchase a ticket.
