can't use mssql() functions

Hi,
I am running PHP4 under windows 2000 with Apache
I have MS SQL Server
I have installed the dll: php_mssql70.dll
when I restart Apache:no problem (extension path is ok, the dll is found)
But when I launch IE, I got this error:

Apache.exe - Application Error
The instruction at "0x00834b1a" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "written"


And it refers to php4ts.dll
Thanks, I really don't know what to do
