Cant upload anything from pc directly thru admin panel

I have vB 3.7.2 and ever since I have installed this, I haven't been able to upload products, pictures, or anything else from my computer through the admin panel, attachments, etc. Ive used vB for a while and have never experienced this and I am guessing it is something simple that I am overlooking. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks.
 
No, it doesn't do anything except hang when its supposed to forward after the upload. I have to add products and styles through the server. No members can upload images or attachments either. It's got to be something simple I am overlooking somewhere.
 
Well i had a problem with the members uploading it was cause my files weren't all set right and some of the files were not accepted with safe mode on.
