can't import the attachment using impex 1.92

i import phpbb3 to vb 381.everything is running great except my attachment.i cant find the "Full path to uploads/attachments folder where the source attachments are".so my attachment isn't imported yet.please guys help me...
i turn my forum off for weeks cause of this matter.
