cant create social group. pls help :(

every time i upload group i get this error.. on top..

try allowing/setting the settings for your user group.
admin control panel->user groups->Usergroup Manager->Find User Group And Select Edit-> Scroll Down To "Social Group Permissions"
And Make Sure They Are Allowed To Create Social Groups.
Idk If This Is What You Mean :( though.
