Can't Access Admin Panel (miserable users problem)

Hello guys, I got a big problem with this mod.
I had installed and then set it to redirect all usergroups, except admins, to another page (offline page).

But after some hours my admin session expired, and when I tried to log in, it redirects me to the offline page, as I'm a guest now .

Can someone tell me how to fix this or how to remove the mod from the database, cause now I can't access my panel .!!

Upload tools.php to the admincp folder and run.

Before you do the tools.php, Add in the following line of code in config.php file inside vBulletin directory to disable the plugin system, at the top of the file right after <?php line.

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);

Login to your admincp and REMOVE the hack!
