Cannot load php_interbase.dll

Hi everyone,

I using win98+PHP405+ApacheWin32.
I try to load interbase module
php_interbase.dll,
but the php show error like this:
"Unable to load dynamic library
c:/php/php_interbase.dll -
A device attached to the system is not functioning."

If anyone can solve the problem,
please reply me.
