Cannot Access my forum

When I type my forum address and click go:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Did you add anything to your .htaccess ?

Already talking with him. He is being blocked by the host in .htaccess. As he is on a subdomain with them.

Actually Today I wanted to change the domain..so I backed up the database and my account was deleted and new account was created and I imported the database but it worked fine for around 15 minutes.
